Mrs. Jennifer Holt - Literacy Specialist
Hello! My name is Jennifer Holt and I am thrilled to be the Literacy Specialist at Barnett Elementary. This is my 26th year working with TVUSD. I've taught 1st, 3rd & 4th grade in the district. I've been a Literacy Specialist for 7 years and I thoroughly enjoy my position. I spend my days teaching phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, fluency and comprehension. But the best part of my job is seeing students learn to LOVE reading! I am a proud mother of two grown children and two very spoiled grandchildren.
