Shandra Beer - Instructional Coach

Hi. My name is Shandra Beer and I currently serve as a K-12 Instructional Coach. I'm assigned to five elementary schools to provide opportunities for teachers to receive individualized professional development. In addition, I am available to present at staff meetings or join teams of teachers to assist with designing instruction that maximizes student learning. I have been teaching for thirty years, 25 of them with TVUSD. Most of my time was spent teaching second and third grade at four different schools in the district. Barnett has a special place in my heart because I taught here for 15 years and both of my children were Pioneers. 

I can't wait to have another incredible year at BES.
